This broth may not be what your body needs in terms of nutrients - but it’ll feed your soul (and it’s much quicker to whip up than chicken stock from scratch). We need comfort food when we’re sick (and carbs! It’s scientifically proven) - so this is a prefect sick day soup.
While the thought of butter as a main component of a broth might seem unsettling at first, the quantity used is pretty reasonable (and far less than what we’d consume in any given dish at a French restaurant, so…)
