



Hello from a newly anointed fisher(wo)man!
Today’s letter has 2 parts: a recipe, followed by a collection of fish-related accessories I’m drooling over.
First order was a light brothy noodle soup with (poorly*) filleted rainbow trout: salted and peppered, and the pan-fried in a bit of olive oil for a few minutes on both sides (skin-side first).
*I still need to hone my filleting skills/I need a sharper knife .
