I’ve had many nicknames in my day (Tesi, Resi, Tesa-Film, T-dog, Tiddles, Tid, T-spoon)… the list goes on. In recent years, however, it’s boiled down to… soup girl, soup lady, soooooups, sssssssoups. More than just a nickname - and spanning across ™️genders - Soup Girl is a state of mind, and you can all be Soup Girls, too!
This special dispatch, Vol. 1 of (who knows?) will get you on the best way: today we’re covering tools, gadgets, and accessories. I know, capitalism is really popping off today… HOWEVER, once you own a few of these basics, you’re ssssset for life. The next instalment(s) will cover ingredients - pantry, fridge, and freezer staples. In between, I’ll squeeze in some regularly scheduled recipe programming.
I went back and forth on the axis labelling here, because who am I to make these sweeping declarations?! As you’ll see above, I landed on Fun vs. Functional for the X axis and Crucial vs. Nice to Have on the Y axis. This doesn’t mean that fun items aren’t functional too, it just means that I recommend choosing a fun version within that category (eg. soup bowls, dishcloths, and knives).
