Easter is fast approaching! Here are a couple fun seasonal recipes I’ve made in the last week, divided into two camps: wild garlic & magnolia blossoms, with some bonus bits and bobs (like spicy chicken smash tacos) thrown in.
Last year, my Easter dispatch was all about Easter symbolism (bunnies and lambs and eggs, oh my). In retrospect, it was long-winded, but I found it very interesting! As you’ll see, the puff pastry lamb made an appearance then, too.

Wild garlic season is well underway - carpeting entire forest floors here in Bavaria. Despite its abundance, be sure to be a good forager and cut the leaves rather than tearing out the bulbs.
